Best stretch for preventing falls w/The Fall Prevention Lady
Finally, the best stretch available to improve walking gait, relieve back pain and prevent falls! This seated stretch is easy to do and when modified, can be done by anyone!
I'm extremely flexible so don't think you have to reach as far as me because any little bit will help you. Be careful, keep back straight and always support your upper body weight.
This stretch is a winner!
